All food contributed to the OneFarmShare programme, from commercial farmers, agro-processors and smallholders, is channelled to end-beneficiary charitable organisations. Our platform provides a simple, three-step process managed by our team.
When you have produce available, simply log in to the OneFarm Share platform and list the type, quantity, and location.
Our system automatically matches your donation with our vetted network of food distribution partners, like FoodForward SA and SA Harvest. We then coordinate the collection and delivery directly from your farm.
Once the contribution is complete, we provide you with a Section 18A tax certificate for donations (issued by OneFarm Impact) and delivery notes for offtake agreement produce. This gives you a tangible record of your social impact.

You can donate any fresh produce that is safe for human consumption but may not meet market specifications for size, shape, or colour. This includes surplus from a bumper harvest or produce near its sell-by date.
No, the platform is free to use for all food contributors. Our operational costs are covered by corporate sponsors who are committed to fighting hunger and reducing food waste.
After your donation has been successfully collected and delivered, OneFarm Impact issues a Section 18A certificate for the market-related value of the produce, which can be used for your tax submissions.
We manage all logistics through our vetted network of transport and food distribution partners. We welcome the opportunity to leverage empty return loads or available farm transport from our commercial contributors. Our OneFarm Share team will coordinate all the logistics and administration association with your contribution.
